My name is Mariana Gumeniuc , and I’m a self-taught Artist.

 

I was born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, where my love for painting began in early childhood. My passion led me to Art School, but at the time, I couldn’t see a future in art and eventually stepped away.

 

Eighteen years later, after moving to London, I found my way back to painting—and this time, I knew it was where I belonged. I realized that art has no age limits and creativity can flourish beyond the walls of a classroom.

 

Without formal training in acrylics or oils painting on canvas in school, I’ve taught myself step by step—experimenting, mixing colors, and exploring various techniques until I developed my own style.

Since 2019, I’ve been honored to create original artworks and commissions for people around the world. My paintings often focus on women—carefully chosen subjects brought to life with high-quality acrylics or oils, making each piece truly one of a kind. But I don’t limit myself to portraying women; my work also explores other themes and inspirations.
