SHIPPING POLICY

 

All artworks are carefully packed and shipped out from the artist (UK) . 

A certificate of authenticity signed and dated by the the artist is included inside the package. 

Order may take between 3-5 days and 7-14 days depended the country customs

clearance laws....( not including holiday periods). 

Once shipped , you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. 

You can track the shipment using the tracking number on the carrie’s website directly

( Fedex, DHL, UPS , etc) When shipping internationally , there may be custom delays.

For international shipping, be aware that you may be liable to pay import / duty charges wich are not covering by our shipping fee. 

The buyer is responsable for any customs or taxes, tarrifs or any additionals fees by

his local government. 

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery.  We work hard to package each order with care so that it arrives undamaged, and we recommend you handle your new artwork with care when framing and stretching. 

If your package has been lost, stolen , if you missed the delivery, or if you gave the incorrect address and other additional information for delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally to resolve this. 

 

If you wish to return a product you can contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping costs and additional fees (such as packaging and material costs etc) and that you are responsible for delivering the package back to us in a secure way. As soon as we have cleared that the product/products are in perfect condition we will transfer your money (minus the costs for shipping) back to you as soon as possible.

 

Please note that colors, shades and textures might appear different in photos than in real life. Our artwork is professionally photographed and we try to show our artwork as true to the originals as possible, but depending on what contrast, color settings and brightness you may have on your screen the photographs can vary from the original painting.
